RETURNS

Customized jewelry cannot be returned.

Please carefully check the requested sizes, review the photos, and keep in mind that, since all pieces are handmade, the final product may slightly differ from the presentation photo.

Once you place an order, the product goes into production immediately and will be ready in a few days. We cannot refund or exchange the product if you change your mind, but we are available to address any questions you may have.

If we do allow a return, it will not be refunded in cash but in store credit (excluding shipping costs). This means you can order another piece from our platform.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. If a return is accepted, we recommend insuring the product for any eventuality.

If the product was damaged due to your negligence, the return will not be accepted, but we can help repair it if possible.
